If you’re not aware, I’m currently training for another IRONMAN 70.3 this year. My long-term goal? To complete a full IRONMANβ€”140.6 miles of swimming, biking, and running.

Did I ever think I’d be able to complete a 70.3? Honestly, no. But I’ve learned that it’s all about the little steps that build momentum and confidence.

I started by improving my swimming and biking while taking my first strides as a runner. First, it was just to the mailbox. Then, I tackled a 5K, followed by a half marathon. Each small victory gave me the courage to dream bigger and push further.

I know there will be challenges ahead, but I also know that with dedication and those same small steps, I’ll reach the finish lineβ€”one goal at a time.
