Distractions are everywhere, and managing them effectively is key to staying productive. One trick I’ve used for years? Setting up multiple user profiles on my phone.

Here’s how it works:
🔹 My main user profile is for essentials—email, SMS (for multiple clients), LinkedIn. You won’t find Instagram, YouTube, or other time-draining apps here.
🔹 A separate user profile is set up for social media. If I want to scroll, I have to make a conscious choice to switch.
🔹 Another user profile is for shopping—Amazon, online stores, etc. This keeps impulse buys in check.
This simple setup helps me stay focused on priorities while allowing space for leisure—on my terms.
