“Surround yourself with people who are as passionate as you are.”

That quote resurfaced for me this week, reminding me how important the proper environment is for growth.

I’m entering a new chapter, and instead of looking backward, I’m putting my energy into what comes next the people I want to work with, the culture I want to contribute to, and the impact I want to make. Passionate teams raise the bar. They challenge you, motivate you, and help you perform at your highest level. That’s the kind of environment I’m aiming for as I take the next step forward.

This season has also reinforced something important: slowing down isn’t the same as stopping. It’s a reset, a chance to get clear on what matters and where you’re heading. And the support I’ve received calls, texts, emails, and DMs has meant more than you know. It’s reminded me of the strong community I have around me and the kind of relationships I want to keep building.

What I’m Looking For Next

Customer Success Manager / Principal CSM

Service Delivery Manager / Director of Service Delivery

Strategic Account Manager / Enterprise Account Manager

Program / Engagement Manager

Technical Account Manager (TAM)

AI & Digital Transformation Lead

Open to roles across the Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT) or fully remote

Proven track record leading enterprise, delivering 100% CSAT, driving multi-year service success, and helping organizations maximize the value of their technology investments.

You showed up this week — keep that momentum going.

Have a Fantastic Friday.

We spend so much time running—toward goals, deadlines, and growth—that we forget how essential it is to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.

Lately, I’ve been reminding myself that progress isn’t just about pushing forward but also knowing when to pause.

That pause might look like this:

A walk without a destination

Time spent with the people who remind you why you started

A moment of stillness to check in with yourself

Slowing down doesn’t mean losing momentum — it means aligning it. It’s how we make sure we’re chasing the right things for the right reasons.

As we approach the long weekend, I hope you find time to catch your breath, reflect on how far you’ve come, and reconnect with what really matters.

Because sometimes, the strongest move forward is simply taking a moment to be still.

Why? Because it’s filled with potential. Whatever happened last week—good or bad—is behind you. Today is the perfect time to set your path for another fantastic week. It’s the day to reset, refocus, and step into Monday with clarity and intention.

The people you surround yourself with make all the difference in life and work. The best teams, the ones you truly want to work with, are built on individuals who:

Bring positive energy into every challenge.

Focus on solutions instead of dwelling on problems.

Show up for others, not just themselves.

Believe in growth and continuous learning.

Take ownership—because results don’t happen by accident.

These are the types of people who make Sundays exciting—because when you work with them, every new week is another opportunity to build something great.

So, as we step into a new week:

What’s your Focus for the days ahead?

Who are the people that inspire you to do better?

How are you setting yourself up for success?

Drop your thoughts in the comments—I’d love to hear from you! And if you haven’t already, consider subscribing to The Fantastic Playbook, my newsletter, where I share insights on resilience, growth, and success.

Wishing you a fantastic Sunday!
