This week, I completed the third pillar of my RDI Framework — Inspiring — the outward expression of how leaders influence behavior, culture, and performance.

But to understand Inspiring, you have to look back at where we started.

Week 1 — R: Resilient

We focused on the foundation of leadership:

Resilience gets you grounded.

It’s the ability to reset, re-center, and stay aligned through pressure, change, and uncertainty.

We talked about the early mornings, the quiet decisions, and the unseen habits that build stability long before a leader steps into a room.

Resilience is what keeps you standing.

Week 2 — D: Determined

Then we shifted to motion.

Determination gets you going.

This was about structure, consistency, and forward progress — especially when conditions aren’t perfect.

We talked about the systems leaders rely on, not motivation; the wins that come from follow-through; and the commitment to move when circumstances say “wait.”

Determination is what keeps you moving.

Week 3 — I: Inspiring

This week, we explored the part of leadership that expands your impact.

Inspiration elevates everyone around you.

We talked about:

Modeling behavior instead of telling people what to do

Communicating with clarity to reduce friction

Celebrating progress to strengthen culture

Recognizing that inspiration isn’t optional — it’s part of leadership

Inspiration is what keeps others growing with you.

The Full Picture: R + D + I Working Together

When you put the first three weeks together, the message becomes clear:

Resilience stabilizes you

Determination moves you.

Inspiration multiplies your impact.

Great leaders don’t rely on one of these pillars — they operate from all three.

This is how leadership momentum is built.

This is how teams are shaped.

This is how results are created.

Who inspired you this week — and what did you do that inspired someone else?

Have a Fantastic Friday — stay resilient, stay determined, stay inspiring… and keep rising.

This week, we focused on the second pillar of my RDI Framework — Determined — and how mid-level leaders turn intent into execution.

But before we dive in, it’s important to recognize something:

Determination only works when it’s built on Resilience.

Last week, we explored Resilience as the foundation — the ability to get back up, reset, and stay aligned through pressure and change.

This week, we built on that foundation and moved forward.

Here’s how the week came together:

Monday: Determination Starts Where Comfort Ends

We examined the leadership moment where most people stop — the first sign of resistance.

Determined leaders lean in, not away.

Tuesday: Determination Is a System, Not a Mood

We connected determination to structure — how leaders build systems that support consistent execution even when emotions fluctuate.

Wednesday: Don’t Wait for Perfect Conditions

We highlighted that determined leaders move despite uncertainty, imperfect timing, or less-than-ideal circumstances.

Momentum > perfection.

Thursday: Determination Bridges Strategy and Execution

We tied everything together:

Resilience helps you reset.

Determination enables you to deliver.

Without determination, strategy is only a document.

The Connection: R + D = Progress

Resilience alone creates stability.

Determination alone creates movement.

Together, they make leaders effective, adaptable, and unstoppable.

These first two pillars of the RDI Framework work hand in hand:

Resilience gets you grounded.

Determination gets you going.

Inspiration (coming next week) gets others moving with you.

Your Leadership Question for This Week:

Where did determination move you forward — even in a moment where Resilience was tested?

Have a Fantastic Friday — stay resilient, stay determined, and keep rising.

All week, I’ve been reflecting on what resilience looks like for leaders — not as a buzzword, but as a practical capability.

On Monday, we talked about resilience beginning long before the workday — in the habits that set the tone for how we lead.

On Tuesday, we explored how the right systems reinforce resilience by eliminating friction, not effort.

On Wednesday, we looked at the “quiet wins” that shape long-term performance more than any significant milestone.

On Thursday, we dug into professional reinvention — how resilient leaders grow through transition rather than endure it.

And today, it all connects to one truth:

Resilience isn’t about taking on more.

It’s about leading with clarity, intention, and adaptability — even when the week gets noisy.

The strongest leaders I know don’t chase perfect weeks.

They focus on winning the next step with purpose.

Your reflective question for this week:

What leadership lesson strengthened your resilience over the past few days?

Have a Fantastic Friday — and keep rising, one intentional decision at a time.
