RDI Framework

Resilient. Determined. Inspiring.

The RDI Framework is more than three words; it’s how I live, lead, and perform.

It’s a mindset built through endurance training, leadership, and daily discipline.

It’s the foundation of how I approach life, work, and every challenge in between.

Resilient

Resilience isn’t about avoiding struggle; it’s about adapting, recalibrating, and moving forward stronger than before.

In every role I’ve held, from client delivery to leadership, I’ve built systems that thrive under pressure. Resilience shows up when deadlines tighten, priorities shift, or teams hit friction, and that’s where I lead best.

Endurance racing taught me something powerful: the breakthrough always happens after the moment you want to quit. In business, it’s the same. Stay steady, stay focused, and finish the mile you’re in.

Principles I live by:

• Stay calm under pressure.

• Focus on what you can control.

• Turn setbacks into setups for growth.

Determined

Determination is what bridges intention and results.

It’s not motivation — it’s consistency. Motivation fades; determination is built.

I believe in structure, discipline, and momentum. That means setting clear goals, creating repeatable systems, and showing up every day, whether it’s mile one or mile one hundred.

In my work, that translates to measurable impact, increased client satisfaction, operational improvement, and growth driven by focused execution.

Principles I live by:

• Build habits that outlast emotion.

• Measure progress, not perfection.

• Keep promises to yourself and your team.

Inspiring

Inspiration isn’t about speeches or quotes. It’s an example.

The people I respect most don’t tell others what to do; they show it through how they show up.

I aim to inspire through consistency, accountability, and energy. Whether it’s leading a project, mentoring a teammate, or finishing a race, I believe every person around you should walk away wanting to do more, be more, and expect more from themselves.

Principles I live by:

• Lead by example, not by title.

• Recognize effort as much as achievement.

• Share energy, it’s contagious.

The RDI Mindset in Action

RDI isn’t a motivational slogan; it’s a process.

Here’s how it translates in real life:

  1. Resilient: When challenges hit, assess quickly and adapt with clarity.
  2. Determined: Build systems that sustain progress even when the spark fades.
  3. Inspiring: Lead in a way that raises the standard for everyone involved.

Together, these three traits form the foundation for how I work as a teammate, a leader, and a person.

How RDI Shapes My Work

Every client relationship, every project, every goal is built around these three principles.

They drive the way I communicate, plan, and execute. They also shape how I train, parent, and grow personally.

When you live by RDI, you stop separating who you are from what you do because it all comes from the same core.
