Hi, I’m Frank Brunke, a customer success and service delivery leader who believes that growth comes from grit and that discipline outlasts motivation every time.
I’ve spent my career helping organizations deliver outcomes that matter, align teams, transform client relationships, and ensure results that last. Most recently, I served as National Services Delivery Manager at Arctic IT, overseeing more than 30 enterprise and tribal accounts and achieving a 100% CSAT score while driving 43% growth in recurring revenue.
But behind the numbers is a story of resilience — built over years of focus, accountability, and the relentless pursuit of improvement.
The Turning Point
Throughout my career, I’ve learned that real growth happens when you step outside your comfort zone and build structure around challenge. That mindset has shaped how I lead teams, train for endurance events, and stay aligned with purpose no matter the goal.
Early mornings, structured training, and intentional reflection became the foundation of my success routine — and from that, Fantastic Friday was born: a weekly practice of reflecting, learning, and inspiring others to rise stronger.
That same focus now fuels my mission to help teams and organizations perform at their highest potential.
