That quote resurfaced for me this week, reminding me how important the proper environment is for growth.
I’m entering a new chapter, and instead of looking backward, I’m putting my energy into what comes next — the people I want to work with, the culture I want to contribute to, and the impact I want to make. Passionate teams raise the bar. They challenge you, motivate you, and help you perform at your highest level. That’s the kind of environment I’m aiming for as I take the next step forward.
This season has also reinforced something important: slowing down isn’t the same as stopping. It’s a reset, a chance to get clear on what matters and where you’re heading. And the support I’ve received — calls, texts, emails, and DMs — has meant more than you know. It’s reminded me of the strong community I have around me and the kind of relationships I want to keep building.
