I’ve had that phrase hanging in my pain cave for a long time. It’s on my sweatshirt, too, the one I wear when I’m dragging myself out of bed at 4:30 a.m. to swim, bike, run, and grind through the miles that nobody else sees.
And here’s the truth:
I don’t need to wake up before the sun.
I don’t need to spend hours on a trainer riding through a virtual world.
I don’t need to run endless miles on a treadmill to nowhere.
But I do.
Because I care.
I care about having more and better years with my family.
I care about showing my kids that hard work isn’t a slogan, it’s a standard.
I care about my relationships, my health, my mindset, and burning off the stress instead of letting it build.
So yeah nobody cares…
…but you care. And that’s what actually matters.
You’re putting in the work. You’re building a better life. You’re earning the results that most people only talk about.
So keep going.
Keep showing up.
Keep proving to yourself who you are and what you’re made of.
Have a Fantastic Friday, and thank you for the likes, comments, DMs, and shares.
You’re doing great. Keep pushing.
